Teenage Dream is the third studio album and second mainstream album by American singer-songwriter Katy Perry. It was released on August 24, 2010 in the United States. The album's lead single titled "California Gurls" featuring Snoop Dogg was sent to US radio on May 7, 2010. The album's second single and title track, "Teenage Dream", was released on July 23, 2010. The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, selling 192,000 copies in its first week. Both first singles "California Gurls" and "Teenage Dream" reached number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 among other charts.
